CANCELLATION POLICY
No-shows & Cancellation Fees: A 40% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Please note that any deposit paid for a service is non-refundable. If necessary, reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. For Lash Extension Clients: Lash extensions should have at least 30% of the original extensions left in order to still be considered a fill. Anything less will be considered a full set. Please clean your lashes with Lash bath every day and follow the aftercare instructions provided to avoid retention issues. For Multiple Rescheduled Appointments: Clients may reschedule their appointment one (1) time without penalty. If an appointment is rescheduled a second time, a new non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve the new appointment date and time. These policies help protect appointment availability and ensure fairness to all clients. Appointment’s After Hours: A $20 service fee will apply to appointments requested and scheduled beyond regular business hours. Please be mindful that I have family commitments, and accommodating these requests helps me support them. Thank you for your understanding.
